Refund & Return Policy – CreatorHub.pk

1. Return Eligibility

At CreatorHub.pk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must include all accessories, tags, manuals, and proof of purchase.

  • Any product that is used, damaged, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer

  • Certain hygiene or personal care items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@creatorhub.pk or via WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return approval process.

  4. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer / mobile wallet.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.

  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
